About Kairos Gold
Kairos Gold possesses a portfolio of five exploration properties in Chile, each offering promising prospects for gold, copper, and silver.
The Company originated from a strategic spinout by Lithium Chile, aimed at enhancing project values through an independent listing on the TSX-V exchange. Lithium Chile’s shareholders received 1 share of Kairos Gold for every 10 shares of Lithium Chile on December 4, 2024. Following the private placement in February, Kairos has received conditional approval to list publicly on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Kairos intends to commence a follow-up exploration program at its flagship property, Las Garillas, in the first quarter of 2026 following earlier drilling results that revealed high-grade gold deposits.
Why Chile?
Chile - Rich Gold Reserves and Mining History

Favourable Investment Environment
Chile provides a stable legal framework and robust infrastructure—including ports, roads, and power—that enhance mining operations and attract foreign investment.
Untapped Exploration Potential
Despite its fame for copper, much of Chile’s gold potential is untapped, promising significant discovery opportunities. The government encourages exploration with incentives for mining companies.
Strategic Location
Chile’s strategic location and trade agreements provide access to major markets in North America, Europe, and Asia. Its position in the mineral-rich Andean region supports the potential for high-grade gold deposits.
Competitive Operating Costs and Skilled Workforce
Chile’s highly skilled mining workforce enhances operational efficiency for exploration companies. Additionally, the country’s competitive gold exploration costs can increase profitability for successful discoveries.
