Managing Director
Michelle DeCecco, MBA, serves as the Vice President & COO at Lithium Chile, where she leads corporate strategies including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. With over 20 years of experience in the public mining sector, Michelle has built a career specializing in capital markets, strategic growth, and corporate development, contributing to the advancement and expansion of mining projects in the Oil, Gas, Lithium and Gold sectors.
Terrance Walker
Vice President, Exploration
Terry Walker, is a highly-experienced geologist with over 53 years of international experience and is well-connected throughout the sector. Terry was V.P. Exploration and General Manager for Polar Star Mining and International PBX Ventures in Chile. Terry has acted as an independent consultant on project evaluation, generation and management in Chile for a variety of companies. Prior to his work in Chile, Terry is a Qualified Person for the North American and Australian stock exchanges.
Al Kroontje
Director
Mr. Al J. Kroontje, B.Sc. (Eng.) has been involved in exploration, development and production operations in the oil and gas and mineral exploration sectors for over 30 years. He has been very involved in mineral exploration activities for gold, copper, silver and lithium in Chile since 2009. Mr. Kroontje has been instrumental in numerous corporate start-ups and restructurings which involve both the publicly listed and private enterprises. Al was a co-founder of Big Dougie Capital Corp. and acted as its President.
Jose Gustavo de Castro Alem

Mr. de Castro is the President of South American Operations at Lithium Chile. Jose is a Chemical Engineer with deep experience in international mining operation, project and commercial management. Specializing in process engineering, mining and resources management operations work. Held important operations and executive positions in mining organizations in Argentina and Chile. Experienced in project development and start-up. Leadership, creativity and the capacity to design specific solutions.
